I bought a pair of What I thought were…
I bought a pair of What I thought were AirPods 3rd generation and this is what it said on the order and they arrived in an AirPods box. All seemed well and they connected to my phone no problem. However, I then decided to upgrade my phone to the IPhone 15 Pro Max and tried to connect my AirPods, they connected once and never connected again. I took them to Apple to see why. They informed me they weren't Apple but a cheep copy and this is the reason they won’t connect to the new phone.. I emailed Gadgets Buy with no response. ……..STEAR CLEAR!!!!!!

I ordered airpods and they arrived but someone had taken them from my doorstep as they was just left there. I have contacted the company and no one has got back to me I have also rang and.left messages and still no one has got back to me. Very poor compared waste of money better off buying off a trusted website.

You will lose all your money. The AirPods only work with old iPhones. They do not pair with new iPhones due to software. I took them to Apple Store and they could not believe how badly refurbished they are. I have a report confirming they are not compatible.
I called Gadget Buy and they refused to help in anyway so it’s a complete waste of money and the company has no customer service skills.
Avoid at all costs.

After numerous emails and phone calls you refused to give a refund, there is no point pretending you give refunds… one of your employees was very rude and even asked me to buy brand new ones from Apple direct if I was unhappy, almost to say, the refurbished products only really last a limited time.

Cheap prices, crap quality products
Cheap prices, but quality not so great. And not easy to see the product was refurbished (now the cheap prices make sense).
The apple iPhone cables and charging bricks I bought stopped working reliably after a month. Will never use this site again.
Customer service was reasonable, but doesn’t take away from what I felt was deception in the first place. Couldn’t be bothered returning cables etc, just won’t use again.

Bought some cheap airpods
Bought some cheap airpods, which I was quite happy to accept were not real Apple ones, hence the price.
Quick delivery and all seemed well. Went to charge them up after first use, and was not possible. The charging point was too loose and would not hold the cable in place. I called the number and gentleman (not Finn) said they would despatch a new pair straight away, and not to bother returning the faulty pair.
I waited patiently for the new pair to arrive, considering the Christmas period. A week or so after, I sent an email inquiring when to expect the pods.
This is where Finn takes over and says he knows nothing about it. Initially quite dismissive of what I believe is the problem, but after about ten email exchanges, agrees for me to send them back and he will inspect.
Sent another email one week after they were returned to him, and he then agreed to a refund, he did also apologise for the inconvenience.
So far not too bad at all, however I had to spend nearly £4 for return postage and also sent a charging cable back, neither of which I was compensated for.
I think if you're happy to chance a cheap product, you're probably ok, but don't expect too much.

I bought “Apple air pods” from this website as “refurbished”, they went faulty after a very short time, booked in at Apples Genius bar only to be told they are 100% FAKE. The serial numbers had been copied. Took this up with the seller FINN, after endless emails and waiting almost 4 WEEKS for a replacement as they wouldn't refund but only swap, eventually received another pair to great dissatisfaction, they arrived in a low grade copy packaging, different from the originals, not one Apple sign in sight, clearly a Chinese copy, Made in china stamped all over everything, took them out of the packaging for them to not work straight out of the box.
SAVE YOURSELF A TON OF HASSLE AND MONEY - AVOID THIS WEBSITE.

Overall good product, they work the exact same as genuine airpods and look the same. I don’t think that they are real though as they are some signs.
