Yesterday I had a procedure at Gastroenterology Associates of Colorado Springs. This place is amazing.

The check-in was easy. After sitting down, I was greeted by one of the most beautiful dogs I've ever seen.

In a private room, I was prepped for the procedure by Orion, a kind, gentle soul who put me at ease immediately. We had a nice conversation while he was taking my vitals and placing an I.V.

I met Dr. Kendell Mann, who performed the procedure, as well as nurses and anesthesiologist, who were exceptional at explaining everything going on.

After the procedure, upon waking up, I was offered coffee and snacks, which I accepted gratefully. I never felt rushed or disrespected.

It was indeed a pleasant experience. I can't thank them enough for everything.
