I want to warn people again about G2G.
G2G publicly replies on Trustpilot with polite apologies, saying they are sorry and that they want customers to receive “real answers rather than copy-paste replies”. But my experience inside their own ticket system is completely different.
After their public Trustpilot reply, I gave G2G another chance. I opened and replied to tickets, asked direct questions, requested proof, and requested the official legal company address for formal written correspondence.
What happened?
They closed my tickets without giving a real answer.
My formal complaint was closed without providing the requested proof, without giving the official legal company address, without escalation, and without answering my direct questions. This is exactly the problem: G2G says one thing publicly on Trustpilot, but behind the scenes they do something completely different.
In my case, G2G keeps saying that two EUR 0.50 deductions, totaling EUR 1.00, were caused by the payment provider. But when I asked for proof, they could not provide ARN numbers, refund receipts, fee breakdowns, payment provider proof, or even clear G2G-side refund records showing exactly what they sent.
So G2G expects buyers to simply believe them without evidence.
No proof. No clear refund breakdown. No official legal address. No real solution. Just repeated replies and closed tickets.
Support replies were sent under different names/departments, including Aurora Del Castillo, Adrien Klynn, Atika Za, Anastaysa Z and the Accounting Department. But none of them provided the actual proof I asked for. Instead, the same unsupported explanation kept coming back: “payment provider fee”. When I asked for proof, the proof was not provided.
That is not support. That is avoiding responsibility.
This is not only about EUR 1.00. It is about the principle. If a seller fails to deliver, the buyer should not lose even more money just to receive a refund.
In my opinion, this raises serious consumer protection concerns. Under Directive (EU) 2019/770, Articles 13, 16 and 18, consumers have remedies when digital content or digital services are not supplied, and reimbursement should not impose fees on the consumer. Directive 2005/29/EC, Articles 5, 6 and 7, prohibits unfair and misleading commercial practices. In the Netherlands, Dutch Civil Code Book 6, Articles 6:193b, 6:193c and 6:193d BW, also deals with unfair and misleading commercial practices.
There is also a much bigger safety issue. Suspicious chatgpt.com accounts are being sold on G2G for around EUR 1–2, while ChatGPT Plus officially costs around USD 20 per month. After purchasing such an account, I was able to see personal billing information, invoice details, PayPal-related payment information, a name and address belonging to another person.
That is extremely serious. It raises concerns about unauthorized accounts, misuse of personal data, unsafe marketplace practices, and sellers staying active after reports.
I reported these issues. I provided information. I opened tickets. I followed their process. Yet instead of real buyer protection, I received repeated replies, no proof, and tickets being closed without resolution.
Do not be fooled by G2G’s polite public replies on Trustpilot. In my experience, those replies are public damage control. Behind the scenes, the ticket system gives repeated answers, avoids direct proof, ignores requests for a legal address, and then closes complaints.
My warning is simple: be very careful with G2G. If something goes wrong, you may be left with suspicious sellers, missing refund amounts, unwanted store credit, no proof, no legal contact details, and support tickets closed without proper answers.
I will continue posting factual updates here until G2G gives real answers to my questions, provides the requested proof, and explains why my tickets are being closed without resolution.
People deserve to know what kind of company G2G really is in practice: nice words in public, but no proof, no official legal address, no real solution, and tickets closed without proper answers.
Until G2G actually resolves this, I will keep updating this review with the truth and with every new development.
G2G: stop saying sorry in public and start proving what you claim. Provide the refund records, provide the official legal company address, refund the missing EUR 1.00, investigate suspicious chatgpt.com account sales, and actually protect buyers.

Horrible experience from g2g, I dont recommend buying from here. This website has a HORRIBLE support and I repeat HORRIBLE support team, they can't help you with nothing. I got my account deactivated for apparently doing a "chargeback" which I never did and I even contacted my bank, and they said there was no chargeback, I have proof and everything that there was no chargeback but all they respond with is " we have determined a violation of our Terms of Service." which they said it was a chargeback and there was no chargeback. Also would like to mention that they said they can help me at least get my info of a Fortnite account I lost a couple months ago, and I said "okay will you be able to provide the username of the buyer I bought from?" and they never replied and they kept closing my ticket. An absolute slop of a website, don't buy from this website, if u have a problem with your order. Good luck, because their support team is HORRIBLE.

Honestly, G2G is hands down the best website I have ever visited for buying gaming items and accounts. I've used G2G for a lot of different services over a couple years now. And so far my experiences have been really good. Some sellers can be a bit more hit or miss than others, but I never had an issue where it wasn't delivered and most of the time it was delivered within an hour.

I had already heard about this site, but only negative things. Today I want to confirm that if you know how to shop there, nothing bad will happen—it’s a great platform for buying digital products, and I highly recommend it. Just always check the seller’s rating and when their account was created. If you do that, you should be fine. Please don’t buy from the cheapest store with a low rating; read everything carefully before buying, and if you can ask questions, do so.

Delay refunds to try and get the comission , sellers that doesnt respond when they are online and not deliver products .
Wont spend another euro on this garbage , just sad .
Dont use, its just money waste .
Also , the company g2g does a AUTO-DELIVERED on products, to not allow for a refund, this happens to a lot of users that report it on trust pilot.
1#Update, a non working account has been send again , where i have time lock to open a new despute , just trying to reach the time of "product delivered"
2# Update , for the 3 time, the seller mark account as delivered, doesnt send full login info, and a refund after 48 hours of the buy i havent had the product, or refund, even after mutiple tickets with G2g support.
Remember:Althow the seller has all coments on profille refering as product not delivered , and no answer, since there were orders, g2g will mark them as concluded, when not a single costumer has received the product.
