I have never came across a support team…

I have never came across a support team like the ones at G2G. They are by far the best. They resolves issues very fast and the know what they are doing. If every company or business had a support team like G2G,i;m sure they would get a lot more business. I'm very impress seeing that i have contacted may support teams in my life and none responded as fast and with a resolution. Two thumbs up

Loyal customer since 2020

Loyal customer since 2020: Great platform, but blocked by a rigid verification policy (KYC)

I have been using G2G since 2020, buying various items several times a year (game accounts, in-game currency, and items). From a purely commercial standpoint, my overall experience has been excellent. I have almost never encountered any major issues. On the rare occasions a problem did arise, it was resolved very quickly, either by the seller or by G2G support (the admins). The platform is reliable, secure, and efficient for transactions.

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to leave a 3/5 rating due to a recent situation where customer support completely ignores my concerns.

As I now want to make larger and more expensive purchases, the platform requires me to go through an identity verification process (KYC - Know Your Customer). I completely understand the need for this security measure, it makes perfect sense for G2G to protect itself against fraudulent buyers using stolen credit cards or hacked PayPal accounts, especially when dealing with new accounts attempting large transactions right away. However, my situation is entirely different.

Having been a victim of identity theft in the past, I categorically refuse to upload my official documents online. I do not even hold a government digital ID by personal choice. This is not due to a lack of trust in G2G's staff, but rather because the risk of data breaches is permanent on the internet. I simply refuse to risk having a photo of my ID and my face leaked into the wild.

What disappoints me the most is the lack of flexibility and consideration for my customer history:

I have been a regular customer for 6 years (since 2020), spending a significant amount of money on this platform.

I mainly use PayPal, with an account linked to my personal bank card for over 10 years.

My purchase history proves the absolute consistency of my payment methods. G2G has access to these logs and can easily verify that my profile is completely legitimate, without needing to analyze my face or my ID.

Every time I tried to calmly explain my situation and my background to customer support, they gave generic, automated responses before unilaterally closing the ticket. It is extremely frustrating to block and lose such a loyal customer through the blind enforcement of a rule, without any case-by-case evaluation.

The platform is great for trading, but customer service turns into a brick wall the moment privacy concerns are raised.

Utterly ignored by support for over a month on two high-value orders!

I am extremely disappointed with G2G support. I have been completely ignored for over a month regarding two faulty orders with non-working accounts. I tried reaching out via email and website tickets multiple times, but I received absolutely NO response.

For the first order (1780552857639NW8M), it was marked completed, but the seller reclaimed/locked the account after less than 24 hours. The "Completed" status does not waive my right to report a fraudulent seller. For the second order, it has been escalated to the admin since June 6th, and it is still completely frozen with zero updates. This unacceptable delay is severely damaging my business.

Here are the official details for the management to check and solve immediately:

3.4k IO score AFK the easy way

The group invited me and gave me a friendly welcome. I was teleported to the various dungeons and given the choice of either playing along or simply waiting until they finished. After each dungeon, they checked to make sure everything was okay and asked if we wanted to continue. In total, it took about four hours for me to gather the 3,400 points. It was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely order this type of service again, as it is a simple, fast, and—above all—affordable way to get the points and the associated mounts. Many thanks for this wonderful service, and a huge thank you to the team members who carried me through the dungeons.
