Very efficient, explanations and reminders for everything and cheaper than expected. After the initial cost, I'm paying $200/month. This is far cheaper than any other quotes I've seen. I also started... See more

Can't recommend Unfortunately! After 1+ year as subscriber, I finally called it Quits.
The content of this review may be difficult to understand if you've never participated in a long-term, mail-order weight loss program.
BEST ADVICE
1) seek out a plan that's been around longer than G-Plans,
2) wtih well-established customer service procedures in place, and
3) answers their emails, and 4) has fully operational chat ... because there will be issues.
BACK STORY
I must have joined at the beginning of G-Plans as I've experienced an evolution and elevation of their customer service, which is so much better 1-1/2 years later, but still suffers from a failiure to contemplate customer needs and seems to operate on a flawed "need to know" basis.
Monthly check-ins are swift and comprehensive, easy to complete and submit, and you'll receive advance email and text alerts when intakes are required.
The intake process is flawless until it comes down to the "Additional Information" field ... which generates absolutely no response (so save your breath and don't expect ANY follow-up for comments added).
Once intake is complete the process is perfect as it contemplates mail time (you complete it the week before your last dose so the next 4-week batch arrives before you're out).
But G-Plans hobbles itself (AND YOU!) from that point on, and is flawed to the extent that the value proposition no longer prevails.
SPECIFICS
- trezeptide Rx renewals require monthly telehealth doc zoom "syncs" - (ulike the semiglutide's 6-8 months)
- after 1 full year doing semiglutide I was told about the monthly trezeptide prerequisite coinciding with my 2nd month
- I was told the zoom sync session was due to "missing or conflicting information",
- they use generic template emails to convey information without changing the Rx to which they refer (emailed me that my "Semiglutide" Rx was being fulfilled when I'd had TWO sync sessions pertaining to my switch to Trezeptide, then said, "oh that was an oversight" ... and same thing happened again the next month
- when they do inform you about zoom session requirements they hold off on sending medication
- scheduling to maintain your program is virtually impossible so don't expect to be able to do your shots as prescribed, on the same day and time each week
- zoom sync appointments are typically only available 2,3, 4 or 5 days out, so by the time you have your zoom session, you're out of your prescription
- they overnight the meds from a compounding pharmacy nearer your residence but there's no consistency to timing
- meds need to be refrigerated so if you're not home when they arrive, you just have to hope the cold pack doesn't melt before you get to it
- changing your delivery address is impossible and G-plans hasn't contemplated how easy this fix would be for solving timing problems
If G-Plans was in their infancy when I enrolled, they're only a toddler now and you need adults running the show!
THEY ARE CHARGING ME AN ILLEGAL MONTHLY FEE…
THEY ARE CHARGING ME A MONTHLY FEE THAT I NEVER AGREED TO. I CAN'T EVEN FIND THE SUBSCRIPTION. CHATTED WITH THEM ONLY TO GET A COMPLETE BUNCH OF SALES PITCHES. CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEIR COMPUTER WAS DOWN.
I get conflicting emails/texts
I get conflicting emails/texts. One asks me to fill out form to renew rx, then 1 minute later the text states” your medication has been delivered” . The next hour I was asked to make an appt to speak to a medical provider. I scheduled an appt and it was confirmed. The next email stated “ your appt has been cancelled”. No reason stated. Finally I get an email from a person I have never spoken to asking me to “review our conversation today”. The next email said “ your medication is on the way”. If this is an AI driven business model, it is a total cluster-f*#$

Worse medical experience
Worse medical experience. Paid for meds 2 weeks before appointment and was told it was a service error. No medication for another week. Call center employee asked same questions over and over. Asked for another person and was told to call back

They were really good until they weren’t. I’ve been on the GLP-1 for about a year now. I always got my medication, no issues with billing or refills ever until recently. Once they send me the refill form and I complete it thats it. I always have to call and follow up when its time for a refill and then there’s always a billing problem or refill problem. ALWAYS NOW. For 4 months straight. And on top of that customer service is the worst. No one knows how to handle anything.

I am sorry but I must quit buying your medication for weight loss. It’s terrible that it doesn’t work on me.
You have been very nice to me but I still must stop the medication as of today.
Also, it is very difficult for me to afford the monthly fees when I did not lose weight.
If further information is needed just let me know.
Sincerely,
Diana Prickett
