I was saved, and my lost funds were recovered, all thanks to Zent ri Coup s.

Just checked the rate comparing rates to send money to South Africa and the best deal seemed to be using ofx.com - however after spending 5-10 minutes creating an account it actually was 19.5856 to £1…which is a full .3 lower than the rate described on fxcompared meaning a loss of 1.5% and ACTUALLY more expensive than a transfer in the bank.

Easy to navigate & use for sending money to my kids in the US. Much better rates and lower expenses than traditional banks. Will definitely use for transfers in the future.

Take the comparison 5000 CHF -> GBP. The comparison website does not include TransferWise in their results, which would be over £17 cheaper than the 'top' FXcompared money transfer promoted.

I presume FXcompared only include results which make them a referral profit, but that should be clearly stated and invalidates their neutrality - by not even mentioning the cheapest solution.

Additional note: after leaving this review I was directly contacted by the company CEO, not to explain anything, but to request a copy of my goverment ID. Ridiculous.

I found FXcompared a very simple site to use to compare rates on. I send money to Europe every month and rely on FXcompared to check pricing. A great range on different providers. A go to site.

FXCompared.com is an easy to use, intuitive and trusted platform for comparing FX transaction costs. I regularly send money to remote workers abroad and need a smart way to reduce transaction costs while feeling confident the money actually gets there. FXcompared.com is my goto for these situations. Highly recommended.

I wanted to transfer money from the UK to USA and used this site to do a rate comparision. The estimate of amount saved vs banks when using the brokers listed by the comparison tool was wildly inaccurate - if I compared with the rate my high street bank was actually offering then the saving using one of these brokers would have been much smaller than indicated (about one sixth of the indicated saving).

Everything went smooth throughout the whole process. Remi was very helpful in explaining every step, from the beginning to the end . The speed of the transaction was fantastic, it took only three days to get the things done. The only slight disappointment was about the exchange rate, but given that I'm in a completely different time zone he's not to blame.
I'll definitely get in touch with Remi and Primefx again in the future.

I was really excited when i read about the rates on fxcompared (which seemed better than other websites) and I went on the website to see whether i could transfer some money to my parents right away.
Unfortunately, fx only transfers to certain currencies and doe not transfer pounds sterling to mauritian rupees.

This was unfortunates and I had to use a competitor instead.

I inquired via website as instructed. No one replied and then I got this email asking me to review their service.

There is a strange redirect from this website to a comparison website. I threw caution to the wind and submitted my details and have heard nothing back. It's been over a week so their either sitting on my data or they have rubbish customer service!

Easy to use, I switch between Hifx and Ozforex lately, the last two times Ozforex has been better in terms of rates, but r time before that, Hifx was better so ill continue to check both sites for best rates.

I have only used your FX compared site twice within the last couple of weeks, to try to figure out what the best way to send money form canada or USA to Finland. Twice I wrote for Prime Foreign Exchange (Prime FX inquiery),
I have never heard back from them, I did check my Spam, just in case, and nothing.
so I don't see why I would pursue using this ...I do not want to waste my time.
if someone would tell me the best way to send money from US to Finland at a lower rate than doing a wire transfer, which will cost 23$ no matter how much money I send) - plus what ever other costs my bank chooses to charge me plus what ever amount of money the bank at hte other end chooses to charge--, I will gladly listen. I do not want any hidden fees. that is my problem, that is my worry with the wire transfer. - Direct debit and direct deposit is clear, clean cut. that is what I like about it.

Your site wS easy to navigate and to find the information I wanted

I found the site useful to get an idea of how companies compare in services, fees and exchange rates. It provided a platform for me to further investigate three key performers and that information combined with a referral from a previous client helped me to confidently engage with one company.
