Know very little about technology but got an HD tv so needed a good quality aerial to get best picture. Also needed longer length. Futureshop made it easy to choose and order the right type and size. Prices good and delivery time excellent - and I have a fantastic picture.

You dispatched the wrong products TWO TİMES.In addition ; in my last purchase(order no :127136-27.11.2012) I ordered 2 x ISOTEK EVO3 Premier Power Cable Schuko-IEC & 2 x ISOTEK EVO3 Premier Power Cable Schuko-C7Fig8 which were in your stocks,but yuo didn't dispatch them,saying NO STOCKS ,İNDEED VERY STRANGE these products still seem available( 2 & 2 ) in your stock list.BİG MİSTAKE.
Most of the big German Online Shops sell UK PRODUCTS( like Isotek,Kimber),but,why don't you sell German Products while French Online Shops sell ( Audiophonics-France sell Inakustik,ViaBlue).

i was looking for new bi wired speaker cable,I surveyed lots of different websites,but found they all had similar products but at vastly different prices.I found future shops website to be full of the
right information i needed ,which made it easy to see exactly what you would be paying.Iplaced the order about 2pm on thursday,and recieved my purchase the next day .excellet service ,and certainly would recommend them too anyone.

My only criticism: it was not clear that the VAT would be removed for non UK customers and then by which amount.

During the last months I ordered three different items to Futureshop and in all the cases the service and the timing of the delivery were very good.
Once I ordered a cable not available for the delivery to Italy and Futureshop promptly reported to me the case and they proposed to me different alternatives: from the reimboursement to the offer of other products.
Fully reccomended!
