I’m writing the same review as so many others. Placed my order in November and received nothing but excuses as to why it hasn’t been delivered.

Every time I ask for a refund they thank me for my patience and tell me the product is coming. I do not want this product anymore I just want my money back!!

I can’t even email them anymore, it just comes back as undelivered.

Horrible, useless company.

Lighter is perfect apart from sending the wrong colour delivery was awful order October for Christmas got it December 29th but it came in the end with all the covid affecting mail from this company but I was disappointed with the colour but is a lovely gift

This is just a dropshipping website selling aliexpress products for 10x times the price. The company is owned by Sam Posthuma and his friends.

Spoiled kids don’t know how E-commerce works and just want to take your money. Running Facebook ads promising stuff with false advertising.

U can consider this as scamming.

Delivery took a little longer than expected but overall a good product.

To date I have not received my lighter. Confirmation #13064.

Just to echo almost all the other reviews here. Tracking number never worked, items never shipped, auto email brush offs, then they stopped responding etc. Have opened a case with Paypal, which I suggest everyone else do - if they get enough complaints they removed the seller from the system. A lesson learned however: never buy from China. And remember to warn your friends and family should they be thinking of buying anything from these shoddy shysters.

I put 1 star cause I couldn't put 0. Ordered in June....still waiting but of course they wasted no time taking my payment. Sick of emailing & complaining! One day maybe I'll receive my order but definitely a lesson learned....NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Placed an order Around may just after phase 2 of reopening from the covid 19 break. The Site states it will take 3 to 4 weeks for international orders it took 8 to 10 weeks to get to me. Which shouldnt have been delayed either way. But This is after hounding sunny from futurelighterco. For about 20 times until it moved to the shippers warehouse for about a month. the tracking number that was given was very faulty, but once it got to canada it stopped tracking. Once I opened my package, I realized this company's very shady. they only sent me a charge cable and the lighter itself which was half charged. Not receiving the full package I feel very ripped off by this company. Idk how long the battery last or how long to charge it for. This is very unacceptable to the point that website needs to be shut down before they rob more people of money.

I would suggest to anyone to stay away from this company. their rough around the edges, and looks are very deceiving. Also do be fooled by the amount of 5 stars the sites got most the reviews are sour.

DO NOT deal with this company (if it is a company).
Ordered 2 lighters aprox 6 weeks ago & they emailed with a tracking number which is about as useful as an ash tray on a motor bike (all in Chinese)
They never reply to emails.
As a last resort I opened a dispute with PAYPAL & surprise, surprise the goods were eventually dispatched.
Note : Amazon sell the same thing for less than half the price & available next day, but if you must buy from these scammers, then use a credit card or through PayPal so you have the option to dispute.

Still waiting for lighters, very poor service and no product. Do not order from this this company.

Came with no instruction or presentation box, worst of all once charged it runs out very quickly.
Excellent design but inadequate.

Ordered june 15 , recieved mail june 17 with Tracknumber : Status juli 10 : "Stocked in shippers warehouse - since june 18 . Money drawed june 17 . As I can see , it must be handling of parcels from Netherlands - very sloooowlyyyyy !!

Shame on me for not coming here and read about this "company" before placing the order,can't track my order with the code provided by them,it's a scam that's what it is,do not fall for it.

Brought one of these lighters, on receiving it wouldn’t charge kept running out plus button didn’t work every time,when I used the lighter originally I was impressed so ordered another one for my husband
When I realised mine wasn’t working I e mailed them to cancel the second lighter this was ignored,I asked for my money back this also was ignored I received the second lighter after trying g to cancel and this too does not work

This is stealers. Dont waste your money! Never arrive, no one respond to mails... Stay away safe your self from stealers.

After order lighter from this company still waiting about 3 weeks no answer for mail . tracking number doesn't work no communication no any different contact with seller ...nice scam!!! Pls close this fraud company stop cheating people!!!

Lighter arrived but....

Lighter took 4 weeks to arrive.
Battery does not last.
Did not arrive in a luxury box, just a small bag and cable.

This company are run by con men. I ordered a lighter in January and its now June, it never arrived. Numerous emails completely ignored. Took the issue up with PayPal, the company said I was lying and had recieved my order providing a tracking number that did not exist.
They are crooks.

Pretty sure this is a scam ordered 2 at the beginning of April and still waiting on them!! Track it and it says waiting on pick up from USPS in Fremont CA!!

The lighter makes an awful noise and the company do not accept returns. Stay clear of these criminals!!
