I am quite pleased with the "Cottonsafe Chemical Free Cocoloc Futon Mattress - Firm." It has been used for a couple of months now.
I was expecting it to be a tad firmer, so mattress firmness always seems a bit like clothe sizes -- you never really know if it's going to suit you until you try it! Overall quite satisfied.
I hope the mattress will keep its shape longer than a competitor futon mattress I had previously, as the latter began sagging in the middle after a year and a half. The bane of mattresses is to begin sagging in the middle after a while. I flip and/or rotate my new mattress from Futon 247 every 2-3 days so we will see if it helps with longevity.

We love our new futon. It has improved our sleep, and solved aches and pains we had for years using conventional mattresses.

Incredible customer care, really amazing quality goods. I bought the tatami mat and a single futon. I have been blown away by the incredible quality of these items. I don’t think there is anything better on the market, they really are beautifully made. Also Peter helped me on multiple occasions with ordering, delivery and questions! He was so patient and very responsive. So 10/10 for the products and 10/10 for customer service. Also great to know that my purchase is supporting a UK based individual company that make beautiful goods.

I needed a futon at short notice, researched the market and decided on Futons247 as the single width was good as was the general quality. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was on time. I learned more talking to the reception than I could find out online. I tried the futon out and it was very comfortable. Well done everyone involved.

What can I say about futons247? This company is a shining example of what customer care should be! I asked a lot of questions via email before purchasing and all of them were answered promptly and efficiently by Peter every time, including on the day of delivery.
The futon itself is fantastic! I have been using futons since the 1980’s and this one (7 layer wool and cotton only) is the best one I have used.
In recent times I have tried other mattresses, everything from traditional coil springs to the memory foam type ones but after much disappointment (and back issues) I have returned to futons and I am so pleased that I have! Literally, overnight my back felt a lot better and now, nearly two weeks later, I feel nearly 100% again. If you have never used a futon, give it a few days to get used to it but after that you won’t look back! Thank you so much Futons247!

Our new futon is amazing - we have it on tatami mats and have added a woollen topper for supreme comfort - and we are sleeping so well. It is rolled up at weekends so we can enjoy the spacious feel to our one bedroom flat.
It really is the ultimate luxury floor sleep. Ordering and delivery also first class.

I ordered my futon a month ago. They answered all my questions and accommodated to my delivery requirements.
The futon arrived rolled and well protected. I've been sleeping incredibly well since the first night. The firmness of this mattress really benefits my back and I always wake up in the morning feeling well rested.

They were a bit overwhelmed with orders so it took a while to arrive but it was delivered at the agreed time and the lovely man carried it up several flights of stairs to my 2nd floor flat and still managed to smile when he got to the top! I'm very happy with it; simple to put together, works perfectly.

However, we were a wee bit fed up that the delivery company just left the futon at the front door, rather than ringing the doorbell!

The futon purchased is very comfortable and matches the description given on the website. It is clearly made of best quality materials and after using it about 6 weeks I have encountered no problems and experienced an improvement in sleep.
