Bought a used car from furrows and witching 24hours was on the phone to them the car has been in 5 time in 3 weeks and they still have not fixed the issue instead they said pay to take it to an independent garage, the staff are very unprofessional and have very bad attitudes, the workshop staff have no clue what they are doing and they think that clunking and banging is normal from the steering wheel. I would avoid this place if your looking for a new or used car you would be better of going to the auction you would pick up something better from there
I bought a car from Furrows Shrewsbury. They were very helpful in being informative about the vehicle especially that I was from London. The person Assigned to my car was Tristan and he made the experience of buying from Furrows wonderful. Would definitely recommend buying from here.

The Kia sales team are professional, confident in their product, service and company values. Buying an EV6 from them has been a positive, enjoyable experience, which has left us feeling secure.
Furrows of Shrewsbury Kia staff were good because made things I didn't understand understandable! The process was very made straightforward and Ashley was always available to answer my questions. I also love my new car!
Absolutely fantastic Customer Service from Ashley Jones in the Mazda dealership looked after me from start to finish in a professional manner and would highly recommend Mazda to everyone looking for a new car.
My wife's KIA Sportage new in Jan 2021 suffered total engine failure in October 2021 with less than 6000 miles recorded.
It is now the end of January 2022 and despite KIA saying Furrows have the parts we have had no good news. When we have dared to ask we get non committal answers almost to the point of "None of your business". We don't feel that they have pushed this after 3 months. The daft bats even emailed and rang us to advise that the car was due a service.
Furrows of Telford Kia were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Kevin Redstone was brilliant. He is a non pushy salesman, who my husband and I have had cars off 3 times now. He is really helpful, friendly, and doesn't use all the sales banter/pushy sales that other dealerships do. The process of buying was smooth, he gave us all the info we needed and is a real asset to the Kia Furrows dealership. Would highly recommend.
I recently purchased a Mazda MX30 from Furrows Shrewsbury. The service I received was exemplary - Hayley in particular went above and beyond. Test drive - no problem if you want one (though mine was a little bit short). Questions - all answered - no fluff just the facts. Most importantly - no high pressure sales! I would happily recommend this branch to anyone looking to buy a Mazda, Kia or Ford.
I recently had an intermittent problem with my clutch, a car dealer took a cursory look and quoted me a significant sum of money for a new clutch. It didn’t feel like very good decision making - so I took the car to Furrows Shrewsbury for a second opinion. Andy Williams and his team were really excellent. Communication was brilliant and I was kept informed throughout the process. In the end I didn’t need what the original garage had quoted. I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received right from the very first phone call from all members of the team. Thank you Furrows Shrewsbury- really excellent customer service.

Got a good trade-in quotation. Salesperson James extremely helpful, informative, and went 'the extra mile'. Our third consecutive SKODA from Furrows. Impressed with SKODA extras and Furrows their local agent.
This is probably the best car dealer in UK. Mr James Probert provided extremely high standard of customer service, car was in very good condition when collected. Highly recommend, thank you James.
Disappointed bought a used Kia, Mathew the sales guy couldn’t be more helpful , that is until I took the car off the forecourt then forgets what he offered ie courtesy car even had to wait 3 months for touch up pen . Mark his manager was no better after arranging the sale of my trade in ( 20 year old 4x4 ) to a personal friend without test driving it first , resulting in him spitting out his dummy & refusing to fix faults on the car I purchased because my car had running issues. Asked about fault with exhaust and steering pulling to near side after having the car 2 weeks but no help given , last week of warranty it needed a new steering rack due to the steering fault, good job I didn’t have an accident.
Great service yet again from furrows, had my vehicle booked in for a service & MOT with the commercial service department, Vehicle was collected on time, communication from the service adviser Jeremy was excellent throughout and Jeremy even delivered the vehicle back himself. 5 Star service.

Time for the dreaded MOT! Making the booking was easy thanks to Cath, got the date and time I wanted at the Shrewsbury dealership. On arrival Andy saw me in, kept me informed during the afternoon and the car was ready when they said! Great experience, thank you.

My ford transit connect went into limp mode, gave Chris a ring at furrows Shrewsbury, he said pop it in. I dropped the van off the next morning, sure enough if was ready for collection that afternoon! Chris had carried out a DPF clean and removed the engine management light. Nothing was too much trouble for him, 5 star service as always, top job Chris
