Paula at Furniture Village, Thurrock is a superstar. She has been extremely helpful with her advice and also her patience. Even though we have a more local Furniture village we returned to Thurrock store. So far communication from ordering etc has been great! Cant wait to take delivery of our new dining table.

Suzette was excellent at supporting us at Furniture Village. She offered help, gave us space and then gave us ideal information when we asked. We need to go back and measure up. I would want to ask for her.

I recently visited Furniture Village, Lakeside and just wanted to give a shoutout to Jordan. He was polite, patient and incredibly knowledgeable.
I had quite a few questions and took my time making decisions, but at no point did I feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. Jordan was happy to talk me through the different options and gave me the space and information I needed to make up my mind.

It’s quite rare these days to come away from a shopping experience with no complaints, but Jordan genuinely made the whole experience much easier. Excellent customer service and a real credit to Furniture Village.

We came in looking for a sofa, Mohammad very kindly came over and helped us. He showed us various options and patiently waited while we try them out. I came back the next day to order it and went straight to Mohammad to help me. He explained things carefully and made sure I understood everything.
