We had our new sofa delivered today by Alfie and Shaun. They were great really careful bringing the sofa in and putting it together!
I am really grateful that they advised that the foots of the sofa will likely mark my new wooden flooring due to the roughness, when i explained i had some rubber pads for them and i will sort them out they went out of their way and put these on for me!
Honestly so appreciative that they done this for me!

I originally ordered two sofas in November 2025 for delivery in March 2026 but unfortunately the house I was buying at that time fell through. It took a while to find a new house but I did in May and completed in September. Furniture Village have been excellent and very understanding during this process and have called for weekly updates throughout that time. When I got my completion date, I went into store to settle the bill and was asked if I needed anything else. There was a new range of dining tables and chair sets in stock and I found a beautiful set on special offer, so I am now just awaiting the delivery of that. Back to the sofas. The delivery was scheduled for 2nd October between 7am and 10am. I received a call when the home delivery specialists, Adam and Simon, were 30 minutes away. They arrived nice and early at 7:15am. Adam and Simon were polite and friendly and had both sofas installed in no time. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing and were very respectful of my new home. I couldn’t have asked for a better home delivery specialist team! From the ordering process, to the unexpected delays, to the delivery and installation, Furniture Village have been amazing and tremendously understanding. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I look forward to the delivery of my new dining table set in a few weeks! Five stars all round!

Received regular delivery updates which kept us informed throughout the process. Janson and Andy were absolutely brilliant! Arrived within the delivery time, unloaded our furniture, unpacked and placed in the room exactly where we wanted it. Then, all packaging removed. Great team - professional, friendly and efficient. Excellent delivery service from Mike and Abdul, two very polite, friendly and knowledgeable people. They treated our home with respect and were very careful when entering and leaving.

Tommy and Ben did a great job delivering and assembling heavy dining room table, sideboard and chairs.

Mike and Abdul found our house which in itself is a success as it’s tucked away and hard to find! They then navigated a winding drive, a difficult reversing job and then a walk to the cottages without any drama or concern. They were both friendly, personable and took great care of my furniture and the house. Fantastic service and employees!
