We received our order this morning which was delivered by Tom and Colin. We would like to say how efficient, friendly and professional they were. Items delivered well within the three-hour time frame and Tom and Colin were extremely respectful of the items being delivered. Great teamwork 😊

We have had great experience with Furniture Village when ordering the Hadley bedstead at the Staines branch. Parvinder was very helpful in store with placing the order and gave us all the information we needed with regards to delivery etc. The lovely lady at the Guildford warehouse called the next day and booked our delivery slot within the next few days. The gentleman that delivered the bed today, Lukas and Andy, were very polite, friendly and professional and had our bed up in no time. Great service from start to finish and really pleased with our new bed. It’s feel good quality and I am really pleased with the colour, Maskat clay. Will not hesitate to use Furniture Village again and happy to recommend.

Delivery was excellent - great communication from Lee and Neil who arrived on time. They were very polite, friendly and super efficient, putting the bed together in very quick time. They were very tidy and took all rubbish away.
