We visited the Preston branch to look for 2 reclining sofas. Abdul showed us all the sofas available, we narrowed it down to 2 styles and Abdul listened to everything we wanted to help us make our choice. He was very helpful and we didn't feel rushed. Thank you

He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. He helped us choose the right furniture that suited our home and made the whole shopping experience easy and stress-free.

Shiva at the Preston branch was so lovely. She explained everything very clearly in terms of my options and I was able to do everything other the phone. I really appreciated this as online ordering options can be tricky.

He was very patient giving us time and space to decide on the right table and chairs for our home. He also pointed out when we chose a potential mismatch which we hadn’t noticed.

Up to now, good experience with Shiva. If it hadn't been for her advice about getting settee through the door, I would have made the wrong decision.
