Very good pleasant men for the delivery

Fiona made my experience really easy and comfortable by helping me pick the right bed for me

I ordered a G plan 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs in stingray charcoal and was given a spare swatch of the material. The furniture that was delivered is light blue and nothing like the grey colour of the swatch. I immediately contacted furniture village customer services to complain. They said they would contact G plan and get back to me in 3 days but didn’t. I rang again and they said someone would call the next day. The day after a manager called to say G plan say it’s the correct material and ime holding the swatch UPSIDE down and there is nothing they can do. This is total nonsense as the colour is completely different at every angle and every type of light. I have raised a formal complaint and will be taking legal action if necessary.

Excellent customer service. Good range of products at reasonable prices. Our salesman, Kwok Lee, was informative and helpful.

The sales lady Fiona, was very approachable knowledgeable & chatty. She made the whole buying experience enjoyable & will definitely visit again should the occasion arise.

We were looking for a new two seat sofa and chair. The colour we wanted was not popular now but Adrian managed to show us all our options. The service was very good and purchasing was made easy by the experience of tour staff. I bought from here many many years ago so thought I would give you a try. Thoroughly recommended and the coffee is good as well.

Wow, what can I even say! Everyone we dealt with was exceptional, but Matthew was absolutely fantastic!

Even though we have a store closer to us, we decided to visit this one to explore some different collections, and we’re so glad we did. The customer service from the whole team was outstanding, and Matthew in particular went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything.

He was incredibly patient, explained all the little details clearly, and gave us practical advice rather than simply trying to make a sale. You could genuinely tell that he cared about helping us make the right choice.
