Furniture Village - Nottingham Reviews 

Never been in a Furniture Village store before and happened upon it by chance. We were looking for modern dining chairs? Everywhere else you have to order on line await delivery and then try them out for comfort etc, of not right ypuse d them back. What a faff.
At FV they had a fabulous range of chairs and displays, which we could sit in. Found what we wanted and bought them.

Mark was extremely friendly without being too pushy. Also had time for my dad who was talking to him about my mum’s passing recently and how change is hard regarding the house. Mark understood this and was very caring and sympathetic.

As soon as we walked in we were fortunate enough to meet Martin, we told him what we were looking for and he gave his expertise knowledge, he was there when we had questions and left us to at various times, so we didn't feel that there was any pressure.
Martin was very informative a out everything and had all the answers to our questions. He made the whole shopping experience what it should be, hassle free.
Martin is an absolute credit to the company and nothing was out of his knowledge.
Hopefully, we will be as happy when our furniture arrives as we are with the shopping experience.

Customer care and prices are good.

We were looked after by a very nice and friendly gentleman. He wasn’t pushy but answered our questions made us a coffee and let us meander around the store. We chose a lovely recliner sofa and he sorted everything out for us,and also very pleased we will receive it before Christmas.

Having to make two visits this was the best thing to do before buying in haste

Stew had phenomenal customer service!!! Went through evreything that was needed! Not just selling a sofa great chat aswell really laid back with the kids even had a great experience! Stew even stayd past closing time on a friday night to ensure evreything was in place what a top guy!!
