Had a great experience at Furniture Village! Emil was so helpful and really spent the time listening to what I was looking for. He also told me the best tips for finding my perfect mattress/bed frame, and was always willing to go above and beyond to help. He even got me and my family beverages whilst we looked around which was lovely.

Emil Williams from the Kingston Road branch is a very courteous and helpful salesperson. We were asked what type of sofa we were looking for and he showed us various options. It didn’t take long to decide in which shop we eventually bought a sofa. Thank you Emil for a great service.

Sales staff very patient, helpful. Delivery people were excellent - first class! however the wrong size base was sent = too big for the mattress and now having telephone customer resolutions they tell me noone can look at the issue for 48 hours !!! Really ???? worrying now that it means there are so many issues they cannot deal with them all !!! Very Very disappointed

I visited Furniture Village over the course of a few days as I was quite indecisive and needed some time to confirm the measurements of my new property before placing my order.

Irshad was an excellent sales assistant throughout the whole process. He was extremely helpful without being pushy at all, taking the time to explain the benefits and differences between the various sofas and mattresses and answering all of my questions.

He gave me a few days to have a think and was more than happy to wait until I was completely ready to confirm my order. I really appreciated the patience and professionalism.

Service in store was excellent. Jonny provided information and options on dining tables and chairs and left us to discuss what was best for our needs. When needed he moved chairs to view with different tables etc. His manner was relaxed and helpful. Just hope the product matches the service in store!

We visited the New Malden store today to buy a sofa.
There was adequate parking.
Inside, the store was clean, well laid out and well stocked which enabled us to test out all the sofas.
We were helped by Mahdi Ahmed, who struck the perfect balance — attentive and on hand when we needed him, but never overbearing. He clearly knew his products well and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, guiding us straight to the sofas that best suited our needs.
We were offered tea or coffee which was gratefully accepted and we made our purchase confidently.
This store is highly recommended — great products, great service, and an overall good experience.
