We were mattress shopping - a dreaded job! Always overwhelming. But not this time. Our Sales Consultant (Rachael Burrows) encouraged us to try all options to see what suited us, whilst enjoying a Capuccino!

She was so knowledgable and helped us whittle down the selection until we were left with two options to decide between.

She was so patient when we needed to go away to have a think.

Once our decision was made we returned to store and she very efficiently placed our order.

An excellent, friendly service from start to finish - thank you Rachael!

The friendliness and patience of the staff

The member of staff who served me was polite and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the product and easy to talk to.

Keith was informative and helpful, he made the whole process flow smoothly. I will definitely shop here again with service that superb!

We bought a sofa bed from Keith Shepherd at the Ipswich branch. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, taking his time to make sure the purchase suited our needs. We ended up with a great deal that will be delivered very soon. We will be back to see him again!

I have visited many furniture showrooms, but I have found that furniture village is the best in uk. I visited the showroom in ipswich, and the staff there is a remarkable and very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Furniture Village Sales and Aftercare team needing support for a seating issue on a sofa I had purchased back in 2022. To be honest I wasn't expecting a great deal but I was pleasantly surprised by the positive and sympathetic responses shown equally by Keith Shepherd and Amber . I now await a visit from their Furniture repairs team to view and discuss . Well done Furniture Village ...a great company with huge consumer appeal and a name to be trusted in my book ....Bravo.

Lovely friendly helpful staff a great experience

Chris Hunt! He was amazing. We bought a table and chairs from him back in April and went back to furniture village simply because we really liked his approach and feels trustworthy and knowledgable. This time round we bought a bed.

Customer aftersales service is terible, It took several weeks and multiple phone calls to arrange for the exchange of a faulty chair, when the replacement finally arrived it was worse than the original and I had to go through the same process again, when the next replacement finally arrived it was not the same and I discovered that the manufacturer had been changed, by this time I had had enough of Furniture Village staff incompetence so returned the whole set of 6 dining chairs for a refund which I eventually recieved after much more effort on my part. I have not got the time or inclanation to write the whole sorry story but I can say without doubt that I will not be shopping with them again.

The service at your shop was exceptional, we already knew what we wanted to purchase, member of staff was very welcoming, very professional. Couldn't be more happier to shop at your store, and you have a wonderful choice of furniture. Many thanks
