I did not like the fact that my attempt to report my issue to the shop direct was futile and wasted a lot of time.

Good service at the shop from staff, no pressure buying the sofas, delivery service was very good and sofas put in place and packaging taken away, can’t fault our experience at Glasgow West shop

From the service from members of staff in store to delivery, service has been spot on. Staff know their subject and the guys delivering and setting up the furniture were efficient, polite and communicated well. Delighted.

Got to say this was a great experience at Furniture Village , Calum was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional at all times. There was a great selection of furniture to pick from and we were allowed o brows at will no pushy sales. Definitely recommend and recommend asking for Calum as he made the whole process so enjoyable.

The sales assistant James was excellent, not to pushy but very helpful with knowledge, advice and options for our purchase.

We had a fantastic experience at Furniture Village thanks to Jay. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly attentive, welcoming and professional. His attention to detail was second to none, together with Victoria, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and ensuring every little detail was considered.

What really stood out was how comfortable they made us feel - more like family than customers. Their genuine care, patience and personable approach made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It is rare to come across someone who takes such pride in looking after their customers, and Jay and Victoria are a real credit to Furniture Village. We would highly recommend asking for them if you visit!
