Furniture Village - Cheltenham Reviews 

Second time using furniture village and another great experience from the moment we walked into the store. Justina was excellent and manage to help us with our final decision and design ideas.

Justyna was helpful, honest and not pushy in any way. My elderly father was able to take his time choosing the right suite for him last month. The new suite was delivered today on time.

Karen who served us couldn't have been more helpful, she waa brilliant and knew all about the different wardrobes in store. We wanted a certain size and she helped find the styles in that size without being pushy ir trying to sell us anything. She had the perfect balance of being helpful and polite, it was like chatting with a friend. She was very professional with her knowledge and advice on what it would look like if we chose a different colour wood too.
We saw a chest of drawers too and bought that. We could take it immediately as its old stock so together with the helpful gentleman lifting the drawers for us too we had a grade 1 experience. Looking forward to our delivery next!

We dealt either Ben Charlett in the Cheltenham store and he was great. Gave us plenty of space to try out all the mattresses but was on hand to answer any questions. Unlike other places he didn’t pressure us which is a welcome change.
We found the perfect mattress and pillow combination. Will definitely visit again.

All the staff in the store were friendly and helpful. Particular thanks goes to Ben who went above and beyond and was so personable, making the whole shopping experience a fab one!

We were browsing / shopping for a bed, and this was the first store we visited in the process. The array of options were many, and the Salesman was highly knowledgable for the various options. Trevor also had a good bedside manner laced with witty remarks. We ended up selecting a store bargain, although as it turned out the delivery process would be not so smooth, (in terms of notification times). Although the delivery guys were great, and efficient.

Wonderful service from Mr Bubb at Cheltenham store.Professional, happy, efficient. Love the new sofa and this was a fabulous shopping experience.

Karen was so lovely and the other staff as well,the atmosphere in the shop was so welcoming and made us feel at home and well taken care of.

We had a very helpful sales man called Craig. He listened to what we wanted and directed us to the right bed. He had excellent knowledge on all the products

Had great service from Sarah when buying my stools. Took the time to provide advice and a tape measure to ensure they fitted under my kitchen island. Nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service.

Warm friendly service didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Sarah from Cheltenham went above and beyond. Such a kind, thoughtful person. I returned in the same week and placed my order.

The staff at the Cheltenham branch are excellent. Friendly, helpful & they know their products. Always a good shopping experience at FV Cheltenham.

Showroom well presented with quality furniture at competitive prices. Staff very helpful and not overbearing. Complimentary hot drinks and toilet available.
