Gabriel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We visited other stores and they didn’t have any to fit my space requirements. I decided to go back to furniture Village and purchase my original choice.

What an amazing experience! From just browsing around the fantastic floor of beautiful furniture, where only once were I was offered help , then left in peace to decide what I wanted, to the actual purchase of two beautiful Snuggle chairs,. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. Even the delivery where Hatim and Mohsin delivered and set up the furniture, taking all packaging away as well. I absolutely recommend Furniture Village to everyone who wants a hassle free shopping experience for wonderful furniture. Thank you I’m delighted with my purchase .

We had a lovely experience today in the Brighton/Hove branch with Sam and Tod. Sam’s knowledge about the stone on the table we were looking at was amazing and because of his experiences, helped us in making the right choice. The customer service from both Sam and Tod was considerate with no pressure, only guidance and we were well looked after, offered drinks and also left to discuss amongst ourselves in private.
Lovely experience and those two gentlemen are a credit to the company. Fabulous customer service which is not often seen anymore. Thank you so much and will look forward to the delivery of the table.

Bought 2 sofas from the Brighton store, and then the next day realised the depth was a bit bigger on the back curve to our old one’s, so they would not fit by the lounge door. Went back to store within the 48hr time frame to change or get a refund. We saw Gemma who showed us 2 types of sofas that were more compact but not small in seating itself. So thankfully we exchanged it, we like to say a big thank to Gemma for her help, and to the manager who sorted payment.

Lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk in the building. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I purchased my dining room furniture. On winding up everything was explained to me. Delivery times. Care of products etc etc.

We had a really pleasant experience purchasing a new dining set. The sales person ( Todd ) was so personable and friendly and allowed us plenty of time to make our decision, whilst being readily available for us to ask questions. He talked through everything in great detail, such as the delivery options / process and the finance arrangements and checked to ensure we fully understood everything before we committed to the final purchase. There were also several other members of staff we encountered on our visit who were equally as pleasant - well done FV - great customer service.

All the staff from manager Ash who we initially spoke with to James who talked us through options and Matt who finalised all the details were fantastic and were patient, funny and kind people. The customer service made the difference as to where I purchased my new mattress. Delivery not happened yet but feeling confident all will be well especially as FV use their own delivery drivers.

Positive impression started with Todd welcoming us to the store and guiding us to the right place where we met Sam who sold us the bed etc. His knowledge and care that he took to explain everything to us was very impressive. All other members of staff we met were extremely friendly and polite.
