Brunswick TV Cabinet
The unit arrived within the time frame that was advertised on their site so you can't complain about that and for some reason all the best contemporary furniture seems to originate from overseas so most of all my furniture for the house I'm prepared to wait for if you're after something that is a bit different from the standard UK stores. The unit itself was well packed for transportation and looks and feels fantastic and everybody comments on how superb it looks. The added bonus is that with the colour and finish you can avoid the dusting for a few days as it doesn't show unlike black units !!

Poor delivery service
We wont be buying from again. What's the point when the item never arrives? You pay upfront for your order - given their logistics supplier is DSV and, frankly, appalling I would only order from here again if it was payment once delivered.
The waiting time is nothing to with getting to the UK or clearing customs. It'll have been sat with the delivery firm for a month before we 'might' get it.

I have recently purchased a dining table from furniture mind and the service has been exceptional. I was undecided the exact specification of the table and Gillian and Deborah helped to find detailed specifications, held the sale price for me whilst I made a final decision.
