In 2015 we moved to our brand new 80,000 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This progress allowed us to stock hold over 20,000 sofas and achieve fast, reliable deliveries. In 2019 we faced the challenge of the global pandemic. With thousands of sofas in stock and the lounging lifestyle, we all became accustomed to during the lockdown. This is where Furniture Direct Online stepped up, to become a household name. Delivering over 100 sofas per day nationwide. Great sofa shame about the delivery
Sofa is beautiful and easy to put together. Recieved after about a week. Only giving 4 stars because of the delivery team and customer service on the phone. Although delivery is free, they do not unpack or assemble so left with 3 giant boxes. But my real issue is that on my 1st delivery date they turned up half an hr early ( I was in the shower so missed their calls) called them back 1 min after the last call at 8.45am (still 15 mins before my actual given time slot) only to be met with answer phone, call was not returned and it was 2pm before I found the tracking message that saidbitvwas a failed delivery. They didn't have my house number which was my fault. But they didn't even stick around until my actual time slot! When I spoke with a lady on the phone and tried to explain this she was very dismissive and sounded like she couldn't wait to get me off the phone!
But as I said the sofa was easy to put together and is absolutely beautiful.

We are very happy with our sofas but the delivery service was awful the men placed the sofas on our driveway and left they said on the order it was delivery only i questioned this and they left i phoned the delivery service and he phoned the men to ask them to return to us and put it our lounge
they didnt speak much english as i am 80yrs old i felt very dissapointed it was awful

I was dubious buying online without…
I was dubious buying online without actually seeing the actual sofa but it’s by far much much better than the pictures, quality is fantastic I’m very very happy with it, I brought the Toronto corner recliner on Sunday night it was delivered 8am on the Wednesday! Love all the cup holders and that you can situate it in any place you want, overall I would most definitely buy from these again, a very happy customer here 😁
