Super fast delivery and quality products
I ordered the tables in the evening and they arrived with free delivery the next day. The packaging was excellent with thick cardboard and polystyrene foam so even though a corner of the box had got damaged the table was unharmed. The tables themselves are well made and look even better in real life. Superb service

Great modular outdoor sofa Riviera
The modular outdoor sofa Riviera is stylish, well designed and compact but can accommodate all 5 of us. It was delivered next day, was easy to assemble and is lightweight. We wanted max seating and max flexibility to carry the two sections wherever we want to lounge. The seats and cushions are comfortable and I really like the fabric which has a natural feel yet is waterproof. There was an issue with the table but Greta and Thea from customer service sorted it out promptly.

Solo first time buyer needed a table asap!
I just bought my first home and needed a table and chairs. I looked at the usual places but there was a wait on delivery. I searched further and discovered Furniturebox. So glad I did! I ordered a table on Sunday and it was with me so quickly. It was easy to assemble and great quality! Can't ask for more!

Good experience with furniture box, but they need different delivery partners
Good experience with furniture box. Loved my beds. The only thing i’d say is i wish there was an option to deliver to your door, if you don’t live in a house. As the delivery partners pretty much dumped the boxes on the curb, and i had no way to move it 6 boxes over 20kg myself.

Much better quality than expected
Very quick delivery and an option to choose your delivery date.
The garden set was quite difficult to put together but it was all correct and my husband managed it without any missing parts (nice they included some spares). He did comment that he had to use his own tools and assembly with the ones provided would have been much harder.
The quality however was so much better than we expected for the cost. We are very happy with the look of it in the garden.
