Fantastic service and attention through the whole purchase process. Mustafa replied very promptly to my queries and informed me of any updates on my order right away. The product arrived really quickly (earlier than expected!) and it was exactly what I wanted.

Great cupboard
I was very pleased with the cupboard I ordered. It was very well packaged when it arrived. It was a good price too. The only slight negative was not knowing in advance when it was due to be delivered. Being told between Tuesday and Thursday wasn’t very helpful

I purchased three pieces of furniture…
I purchased three pieces of furniture in October but due to house renovations we didn’t start to build it until last week
One of the units had a panel missing, I phoned the company and there service has been impeccable, the units have now been discontinued but they have went out of there way to source me this panel and have even sent it to me so I can have it built for Christmas
I am over the moon with such service, even the gentleman I spoke to on the phone could not have been any more understanding, I would certainly recommend this company, the quality of there furniture is also to a very high standard and I will be shopping with them again in the near future

Delivery was quick although at a strange time in the evening and didnt arrive til the day after planned delivery. There were parts missing from my sideboard. However, i have replaced these myself as it is too much hastle to get new parts.Overall the unit is great and definately worth the time.

I bought a lot of furniture from this company but had a door that was damaged and lights with a faulty switch and when i informed them they checked everything for me kept me informed and sent me a new door with the switch and the furniture looks fabulous everything was done swiftly and with care and would not hesitate to use them again so if you are interested in anything don't hesitate they won't let you down.

Then 4 days later nothing, no update
So i emailed them after a day i got a reply saying i owed them money for delivery of my item
Think they could've contacted me in those 4 days to let me know

Took money but didn’t deliver the goods!!
Ordered a chair for my mum of 81yr. Payed by PayPal. Received email for payment with order. Then nothing! Tried to speak to somebody about delivery but number on website went straight to voicemail. Left a voicemail. Received no reply. Sent message via website, still no reply.Six days later received email from PayPal to say refund was on way!? No reason given, apology or anything from Furnicomp! Think twice before you order from this so called company!
