Ordered an item, which unfortunately was "held by custom" for many days.
However, the customer support/service kept in touch via email to update me on the status, throughout the whole period.
In the end, when it was clear that the item would not be cleared, a full refund was given (no hassle, no back and forth email) which makes for an excellent online shopping experience (even though I did not get the item that i wanted.)
I would definitely order from them again, provided that the whole "held by custom" constraint can be sorted out (which is not the sellers fault).
