Was not expecting delivery so quick. The items were well packaged. Beautiful nursery products, good quality. Will be ordering again :)

The customer care from fun with mum in my opinion could be better, there is no phone number to discuss any problems or in my case the wrong parts that were sent out With my teepee, you have an email Address and live chat On the website. However the live chat option stated that it was Not available, so I had to send an email.
Their response was fairly quick (credit where it’s due) although it was to the point and not particularly apologetic, I found them a bit blunt and lacking in customer care.
I was disappointed that after waiting 10-12 days for my initial teepee delivery, the wrong parts had been sent out which was rather disappointing as it was a birthday present for my grandsons first birthday. This was communicated to fun with mum and It was rectified immediately and a new part sent out (again credit where it’s due) but they weren’t particularly bothered that it had caused any disappointment. So another 10-12 days later the right part arrived the teepee was ready to build.
My son and his fiancé found the instructions Very basic and extremely difficult, the video even after watching it several times was not particularly helpful either. The teepee sags in the middle on one side (looks as though material is too big, the poles are stretched out adequately so doesn’t seem to be a placing of poles issue. However they did watch several you tube reviews and re-erected the teepee numerous times over a two day period and yet it still sagged in the middle, they certainly tried to rectify the problem before getting in touch with fun with mum) So once again I communicated this via email and got a very blunt response In return, “fill in the returns form and send it back” (at the additional cost of the customer Might I add). I decided not to do for two reasons, the first because I was concerned about a previous review stating they struggled to get a refund and My personal thoughts of which I had no guarantee that a refund would actually be issued once they had recieved it back Or how long this would take! secondly because my grandson saw the teepee and despite its flaws he loved it.
My daughter in law said she loves the print on the fabric so it’s generally a nice item, I just wish their Attention to detail and customer care would reflect this.

Wish I’d discovered this company sooner ! Love all the different designs and size choices . Will definitely recommend. So pleased with quilt I chose for my daughter . It’s so soft and washed up beautifully too . Thank you very much .

Exactly what I was after, I imagined it a little taller but after putting everything in it that was needed it actually perfect size! Debated the price to start with but I love it for my son 🥰 thank you.

placed order. hadnt received any notifications so emailed querying dispatch date. was very rude and unprofessional and did not answer my query eventually ended up cancelling order which they did but refused to refund me my money. had to wait for paypal to sort it

Loved the choice of fabrics and different options that Fun with Mum offered. We went for a teepee with base and cushions. The quality and finish of the product is superb. We got that impression from the website but we were not disappointed when it arrived. Communication with the company was very good too. When I enquired about delivery I was advised that there may be a slight delay due to an interruption with their supplier due to Covid-19. I appreciated their honesty. As it happens we were not affected and our tent arrived on time! Couldn’t be happier with it! Highly recommend the company and product.

Bought this for my daughter. She loves it. It was easy to assemble and is compact to put away once done. Took one star away just for the delay in delivery- order confirmation delivery times were incorrect. I had to chase customer service to follow up and it was still late arriving.

Product is beautifully made at a very reasonable price compared to other brands. Only pain point was the time it took to be made and delivered from ordering (5 weeks) and I didn't receive a confirmation for my order or any updates. Had to call them twice to get an update.

Order arrived pretty quickly. No complaints.

Duvet and pillow were as seen in image. Perfect.

Good product but disappointing delivery service.

Lovely products, I've bought 2 toddler quilts and 2 toddler pillows and they seem just right it quality and thickness. Not to heavy but not to light. Delivery is good during this pamedimic and the fact its coming from Poland to the UK, was 7 - 10 days for delivery which isn't bad. Still yet to see how they come out after a wash but I have high hopes! Will definitely shop with them in the future.
