My order took 5.5 weeks to arrive but with covid and brexit we should all be a bit more considerate to small companies 😊. The quality of the products is perfect! The company replies to emails, what more can we ask for when ordering from abroad? Even with the wait I would still recommend for people to order from this company! Thanks Fun With Mum 😊

Due to Brexit delivery took a while but love the product.

Fun with mum say they will deliver within 9 days it has now been 30
Days and I have still not received the item. Follow up customer service has not been helpful. I have asked for a refund which they have refused. I will not even consider buying anything from these again

Ordered bedding for my son on 19/01. Was told it would be here by 01/02. It did not arrive and I emailed the company to query what was happening. Continual blunt replies of "Brexit" and "1-2 days". I will not be ordering with this company again which is a shame as they are the only company which have the theme I wanted for my little boys room but would rather change the theme than order with them again!

Bought items from here 2 weeks before Christmas high hoping that it would be here for my child’s Christmas present, how wrong I was, still no sign of item months later. I wrote and email a few weeks back regarding my items to get a very blunt and unhelpful email in return giving me no information about when my item will arrive. Starting to think it won’t arrive at all and I’ve been done in of my money. Not trusted at all and would avoid at all coasts go somewhere else for your items.

Terrible terrible company to buy from! I bought a teepee from here and floor mattress on the 17th of December hoping it would arrive for my daughters 1st birthday! Not to mention I had paid little under £200 for these items so expected to at the very least be kept up to date about my item, it is now 26th Of January! 6 weeks in total. Today i received a email saying it has arrived at a neighbours which it has not there has been no sign and customer service is terrible at getting back in contact I have been on the website trying to live chat to them as it’s Tuesday at 3.15pm and I receive a message saying they can’t talk and to leave my email and they will get back to me it’s meant to be A LIVE CHAT and instant replies considering it states and advertises on the chat “ we reply immediately” “Live chats Monday- Friday 9am-5pm” clearly not. Would not waste my money on this website, at this moment in time I’m just wanting a refund and wishing I went else where to buy as I’m now £200 down and no teepee. Ridiculous.

I still haven't received the items I ordered, was told 5-7 ten days ago plus the further delay on top of that due to brevity. I have a very disappointed little girl

From ordering to shipped very efficient no complaints there. However yet to receive the actual item I ordered.
Shipped on the 12th January and has currently been stored at a parcel centre for the past 8 days. Hopefully I'll receive it before my little girls birthday, because I know she'll absolutely love it.

Ordered 3rd January delivery time 3-5 days, ready to ship 5th, 6th told delay due to ‘Brexit’ and ‘UK people’, 11th order will be sent, nothing, 18th order will be sent, nothing. Emails unprofessional and blunt with too many excuses. Cancelled order and requested refund.
I have ordered from other companies shipping from mainland Europe during this time and not experienced any issues with delivery.

I placed my order on the 16th December to not even receive it or get any updates about tracking it was meant to be for my sons 2nd birthday really not happy with the service as I have paid a lot of money for the teepee plus the £8 delivery to not even receive my goods

Excellent, beautiful products and good service

My grandson loves his new hideout teepee. We both can fit inside with his favourite teddies.
The fabric makes it feel cozy with the two pillows include. It has a cute window and laced flaps.

I think a wooden ball should be included in the price. This would support the poles on top of the teepee.

Fast and efficient delivery, product as described, granddaughter loved the Teepee.

Beautiful tent, amazing fabric and set up so easily. Made a perfect reading corner for my little girl and couldn’t be happier with it.

Wonderful quality, my 11 month old loves her new tepee ⛺️.
The communication with the seller was also perfect.
