email customer address does not work. They don't answer the phone. They use 0845 numbers to get more money out of you. When you write to sales, you may get an answer. Website slow

I ordered 2 items one £30 and the other £40. The first arrived promptly but not the second item. The email address given for problems (orders2funfantastic.com) bounced, but on going back to the sales e-mail address Sarah picked my e-mail in the evening and the item arrived 2 days later. The items were both good quality.

Ordered over £100 worth of product for hot tub at home 2 months ago. Emailed them regarding it and emails got rejected and told 'email doesnt exist' (the email is the one provided on the website) I then tried to call the number provided on both the website and confirmation email over 20x with nothing.
The money has been taken out of my account.

We inherited a 15' by 3' above ground pool in which the water had turned green. Jamie & Emily gave us advice and support over the phone to make sure we purchased the right items to get the back to a useable state and to maintain it.

The pool is now up and running and the children (and us) are enjoying using it.

They could not be more friendly and helpful. It is nice to be able to talk to an online shop who know what they are talking about.

We ordered a pool from Worldstores.co.uk - dreadful service: hard to contact, paid deposit and no pool arrived. Eventually, transpired that they could not arrange delivery and we received a refund. Ordered from Fun Fantastic on 28 May and pool arrived on 30 May. EXCELLENT service!!!!!! Highly recommend this company.

Jamie from Fun Fantastic visited to help me with my pool as I had a leak in the pipe work and the pressure gauge was broken on the filter. He fixed he leak quickly, ordered the correct gauge and returned to fit it. He also gave some great general advice in keeping the pool water clear for the summer.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.

Our pump blew up when we opened our pool up for the first time this year. I called Jamie at Funfantastic and he got me a new pump and also went out of his way to, not only bring it around on a Sunday afternoon, but he also fitted it for me. He is very polite, professional and I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Jamie & Emily at Funfantastic. I know that if I need anything pool related, I can just call them and I know that they will source what I am after.

I am very happy that we have such a fantastic company local to us.

I bought a Vortex 4 electric pool robot from Fun Fantastic because they honestly described it, told me its limitations, knew its capabilities and advised me which wheels I needed. There was no flannel, nonsense or over-selling. They listened and did what good retailers should do, but rarely deliver, gave me solid, useful, impartial advice about the product I was buying. The after sales is great and they clearly have a culture of putting the customer first. Sadly, that's all too rare these days. And the Vortex 4 is still obediently cleaning my pool!

It was so easy to order and arrived really quickly, we were very happy with the service.

Ordered new caps fpr my spa as the old was were leaking. Found the site very easy to navigate and find what I wanted, the ordering was also very easy.

I am happy with my deliveries. No issues or problems. Orders sometimes arrive by the following day if you order before a particular time even though it states 3-4 days delivery.
