Delivery could have been quicker,but overall very happy with it perfect for what I baught it for works very well but a little noisy even on the lowest speed.

My FumeClear FC350 arrived within a week of ordering, but the box showed up damaged and the gooseneck intake hose was unusable because of it. I contacted FumeClear and they immediately sent a replacement hose, which took about another week to arrive.

Once set up, the machine works really well. It’s a powerful smoke eliminator and pulls in all the fumes from my 48-watt laser, making a huge difference in keeping the workspace clean and breathable. It doesn’t affect cutting performance (just the air quality) and it does that job well.

It’s a bit expensive for what it is, but the unit performs exactly as intended and the customer service was quick and helpful. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

Good communication, excellent machine, room seems to be fume clear . The only problem was it arrived with slight damage to the lid ,probably damaged in transit but not major. I contacted the company and they did offer, immediately, to send a replacement part, however the damage being minor, I told them I would make a repair myself. All in all I am very pleased with the machine and customer service, many thanks.

So far only thing would like changed is the flashing power light...makes you think something is wrong when it's just powered on and not actively running.

I recommend this item and purchased the full metal unit.

Works wonderfully for my home soldering station. Noise isn't obnoxious. This is a nice size to put on the windowsill and aim down at the bench. I feel safe with this fume extractor work all day. It has double filters.

Bought a fume extractor less than 12 full months ago. Now I need replacement filters. Told by the company model is a discontinued item & no filters are available. Never stated at sale unit is being discontinued. Filters would have to be custom made at more than the machine costs. Absolute no help from company. Ridiculous. Stay away from fume clear . NO customer support after purchase!

I purchased a filtration machine for my laser engraving business from these people but I guess when they don’t list an address or telephone number I should have been concerned. The machine which I purchased would not operate more than an hour or two without needing a new filter which is outrageous. The machines advertising never indicated such a short fall. It’s a waste of my money and a waste of my valuable time. Don’t be fooled by slick advertising. No address and no phone number should mean no purchase.
