Update

Several emails telling me no Stripe DD had been set up or DD had definitely been cancelled. Finally I believed them and paid the £293.61 I owed directly from my bank account and for which they sent me a receipt and lo and behold today that sum is taken via my credit card.
I have now paid twice and will have to spend ages
getting it back.if they do it quickly I will amend this review
Update. Quick response to my negative review from Senior Manager. Money was returned to my account yesterday with apologies and offer of £20 compensation. ( haven’t checked that bit yet)

Absolutely disgusted by this company…

Absolutely disgusted by this company who are very underhand and hide fee's in the small print of emails… , pressurise you into signing contracts as prices cannot be held (overnight🤷‍♀️), please do not use them they have crippled my business for three years.

Absolutely awful service and admitted…

Absolutely awful service and admitted that emails get filed without being read "due to a technical issue" their end. Also said that the industry takes about 7 months to activate a new contract as standard which I know is rubbish. We are not left paying out of contract rates for this period which will really impact our small business. They are now ignoring emails all together. Stay away from them.

Avoid at all costs!!!!

I have made the worst error by trusting this company to represent my best interests in my business utilities Gas & Elec.
This company would of earned a handsome commission on 3 year contract for both.
The most uncaring & unprofessional broker as they have just demonstrated.
Accepting Pozitive Energy setting up
direct debit and collecting 3 payments without prior permission or taking the time to inform me. Extremely poor aftercare customer service as this situation has dragged on since 8/11/21.
