Full Fibre do not provide a reliable service.
Full Fibre installed the fibre network in our area about a year ago. We were connected 14 days ago by BeFibre and we have had no connection since installation. BeFibre have advised that the fault is with 3rd party equipment, however, the fault has not been rectified. We had no choice as to who provided fibre in our area, Full Fibre seem to have a monopoly. Even when the network is working, I am concerned what will happen if/when there is a fault. Openreach seemed to resolve issues with our copper connection fairly quickly, I just hope we will have the option of openreach in the future, but I suspect not.
Update, 20 days later and still not connected.
