I am GS Sunil, LYZ047, FTX Software ( Zerodha) from Hyderabad, India. I am a VIP GOLD FTX Software User from the past 2 years. Recently i could not have any contacts from FTX Software, Bangalore, India. I am trying all their Phone Nos. But they are not working/responding/not replying with my Software payment with them. Since i am a defence Officer, May i take any action on them as i know the agreement they got signed will not work in the Indian court of Law. I need immediate action/response from your side

Worst software do not trust

Total fraud company with all fraud executives.i lost 75k in the name of software.planning to drag them to court.

Software ok but management have problem. They ask to invest on Software only, give fake assurance and no proper service. Support team also employee side. They block mail ID and number if we ask support from support desk. Removed ticket raising from website. Gives every week lakh together investment plan on Software, if we fail? Service not available. I'm thinking to go for court. Anyone ready to join? Contact 89042 71368

How we deposit without creating account by your support team? Swetha T, Raksha, Alkesh and Poornima making me including your support team made me suffer. I will return with interest

Never ever go for this system. I fell prey to their aggressive marketting and lost 25k. No relevant explanation is given. But when approached for clarification they are demanding to invest more and more money and buy upgraded software by paying more.

This is totally fraud company.do not take software from this company after taking mony they won't pick your phone .

Ftx trading software in bangalore and chennai.all are fraud in this company. They cheated my hard-earned money. All are well trained to cheat people. Don't buy any thing from them

Froud company and people in Ftx Trading, they cheat by naming on robo trading, have no experience of trading but are skilled at cheating.

Don't put any money into this company. I wasted INR 50K and the ms. Teena K & Swetha demanded more money to enhance the system, which was another scam. I hope that everything they take from customers would go towards their medical expenditures.

Guys, Please read my second review. I clearly mentioned how i had been cheated by these frauds.

I received a call from FTX trading software last week. The person name is Anthony. He told me that

1) He read my review comments that i wrote here.
2) I raised a ticket in the month of March 2023 for this issue. But still in open status.
3) Also, he said that these two things are assigned to him and he wanted to resolve this.

I started explaining everything from beginning as mentioned in my 2nd review comments.

Finally he told me that he will take this to management and resolve this issue. Also, he said that he is calling from chennai branch.

I asked him the chennai branch address. He told me RMZ Millenia, Perungudi, chennai. Fortunately or Unfortunately i am also working in a software company that is present in same IT park.

I said that i never seen such company in phase 1 and phase 2. Please give your business card.

Immediately that guy told me that i will disconnect the call and share the business card.

Still Anthony hasn't sent his business card to me.

I called customer care and told the same thing but they are saying we couldn't find such person.

This is another way of cheating method. They are finding different different techniques ever time. They are well trained cheaters.

Totally fraud . The executive Anthony sold me the software for 20500 and till 3 weeks no trading was started. Then they asked me to buy upgrade software and pay more 18000 . This company is total fraud. I have lost my 20,500. Please don't trust this company.

As per my knowledge that company address is also fake, complete waste of time with that company, that algo software not worked and even they not receive my calls and ans, because they know about there software, they just says that profit and loss depend on market, but at the time of purchase they take guarantee of 20-30% return and after 3 month they loss whole money even that show zero balance, i dont understands why people invest there valuable money to this type of fraud and scam company,

I'm Prakash. Since 3 months myvacoounts of gold and currency are not activated. Worst company. No service. They only take money. Everytimevwnew agent comes online and assures activatiin but nothing happens. This indicates fraudulent behaviour.
Never invest in this company.
Worst people with sweet talk.
