Not dependable at all
I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday with same-day delivery. I received a notification that my friend received the flowers at 5:15 p.m. when I checked in with my friend she verified she was home all day and did not receive anything but yet I still received a confirmation email stating it was delivered to the address on the order. I emailed several times and even spoke to people over the phone who advised me they would attempt to delivery today. I did manage to get a $4.99 credit for the same day delivery but I feel I should be given a much bigger discount for the headache. They falsely advertised that they can deliver same day and it doesn't appear that this is true. We provide the zip code when we order so if there are no florists in the nearby area that can handle the order it should automatically come up when we put this information in. I also see on this page that there is a standard general reply to any negative comments indicating that they have emailed texted and tried to reach out to us. I really hope the delivery goes through today and I am expecting a partial refund for the headache. Well I really asked for is if it wasn't going to be delivered on the same day for me to be told that option was not available so I wouldn't get my hopes up or could have taken my order elsewhere. From now on I know just to call a local florist in the area and go directly through them. Shame on you FTD, especially since you've been around for a real long time. Also I feel that it is ridiculous that you do not provide the name of the local florist that is sending out the order so that we can follow up with them ourselves. It is not a surprise because when the flowers are actually delivered (if) The recipient can find out the florist that delivered them. You should have a live tracking system that actually works on your website as well. I put my order number in several times with the recipients last name and it keeps telling me the order is not found. Just a big old mess

As of April 16th 2026,my daughter still has NOT received her Easter flowers! They were to be delivered on April 3rd. We contacted you about non delivery and you said they would be delivered on April 7. You must be sending them to the wrong address because my daughter still hasn't received them!!!! We gave up on them and we will not use you again and we tell others not to!!!

Flowers were lovely
Flowers were lovely; the vase with Easter eggs was very appropriate and fun for the holiday.
Delivery was on time and done with care. Easter day delivery was very special!
