Terrible Customer Service – No Refund, No Support!
I’ve been dealing with FSN Plus for over two months, and it has been a complete nightmare. My bike had an issue, and they sent me a battery that did not fix the problem. I returned the battery as instructed, and they promised a refund—but I still haven’t received a cent.
They ignore my emails, and when I call, they answer but do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. They haven’t even proposed a real solution for my bike problem. I’m stuck with no refund, no working bike, and no support from FSN Plus.
This company does not stand by their products or their promises. Avoid them at all costs!
