Slowest shipping ever
If you want something delivered the next day, or the day after that or even the same week, I'd look elsewhere.
Made 4 orders from this company so far. They charge double for 2nd class postage than most other vape shops charge for 1st class. £4.80 for 2nd class post is ridiculous. I've just ordered an item from Fasttech in China which had cheaper shipping.
As if that wasn't bad enough, it takes them over 2 days after saying something has shipped, to actually get the thing to the post office.
I got a mail Monday morning telling me my order had shipped. Sat here now Tuesday night and royal mail still haven't even received it from them. All 4 of my orders have been like this so I don't know what all these other reviewers are so happy about.
Absolute garbage service.
If you want stuff from a vape shop that actually knows where the post office is, try vapeclub.co.uk where you can order something at 7pm and still have it the next day. THAT is how you do things. Get a grip F&S.

Hi Andrew,
All your orders were dispatched either same or next working day and delivered within the "delivery aim" timeframes specified during checkout, depending on your selected delivery service.
Please note that once your order status changes to "Shipped" it means that the RM has collected your parcel from us, however their tracking will show "Sender despatching item" status until the package reaches a distribution centre or the delivery office. This is how their tracking system works and we have no control over it.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer cheaper shipping prices you get from China, as we operate from London, UK where everything is very expensive.
