It’s a bloody scam meant to take advantage of unsuspecting ignorant tourists. I had bought tickets at a Busitalia counter. Not once did the lady advise me how to validate the ticket. On th back of the ticket, it says to show the ticket to the driver, which is impossible to do as he is behind all locked cabin with a sign that says “ Do not disturb the driver “. Nowhere does it say to insert the ticket into the yellow machine to validate it. Corrupt and dishonest.
