The boys (Twilight and Et0) helped me…

The boys (Twilight and Et0) helped me out pretty well. They fixed my issue, brought many solutions to the table. It took about 4hours, but they took the problem personaly. After all the process it works now. :)

First time using anything like this

First time using anything like this. Made an alt account to give it a shot to see if it works as advertised. A few minor hiccups with compatibility from my PC, but after joining the discord and submitting a help ticket, I was offered immediate help, friendly explanations and great troubleshooting instructions when I could not get things to work on my own. With the customer experience alone, I intend on using this for a while, especially at the price point!

Initially the loader did not work but after joining the discord, the staff were extremely quick to provide a different version of the loader that worked!

best skin changer ive ever used

worked incredibly for the first 10 hours then had a weird issue, went to the support team on their discord and 2 incredibly nice people helped me out and got it working again (big thanks to blake and twilight for being so nice with it). absolutely worth the money if your thinking about it

We already responded to your support ticket within 5 minutes of you reaching out, so leaving the same message on Trustpilot unfortunately won't speed up the process.
The issue you're experiencing is a known session bug that has nothing to do with malware. Our launcher is signed with a valid company certificate and is used by thousands of users daily without any security concerns.
The fix is simple and we already shared it with you in your ticket.

Calling our software malware because of a login screen issue is not an accurate or fair assessment, especially after it worked perfectly for you for 10 hours.

Twilight the goat

I got lovely and very discreet help from a gentleman called twilight he helped me for around 15 min and now everything is working he taught me how to use it and to clear the prob if it happened again. ps love the skin changer and thanks to my guy twilight he is amazing
