I've used one of their belts for years using it for all sorts and has gone through a lot more then i would have ever thought. for me its a brand that I've used once and will be with for as long as they last or out last me.

top quality stuff. a bit expensive but is well worth it.

Ordered their Black Friday/Holiday "Black Monte Cervino" bundle deal (outer, inner, & IFAK). Order shipped, but was never received. Email correspondence between shipping company, customer, and Frog got a new shipment on its way. This shipment did arrive, but it only had the outer belt in the package, and was missing the inner belt and IFAK. New email correspondence stated that the order only called for the outer belt and that a new order would need to be created for the other two. A copy of the original order was submitted, showing proof of the bundle deal and price charged. However, this company has yet to respond for over a week now. Frog still refuses to respond to further inquiries. Absolutely terrible customer service.

UPDATE:
After four months since this bundle was ordered (yes you were wrong), you failed to hold up to your companies obligation as a reputable business. Appreciate you refunding back the money that wasn't yours. It's a shame that your customer service is abysmal, because the outter belt itself is one of the best I've used. Too bad you couldn't hold up to your end of the bargain and ship out the inner belt and IFAK that was included with the original limited time bundle. You could have had a business opportunity with an agency across the pond. PS Pay attention to details...

Wow, how do I go about doing these guys justice! A few years back I was searching the global domains for the best military equipment on the market. Huge brand names, one of which was an Italian brand … Frog.Pro!
I spent many an hour researching, but Frog.Pros quality in terms of choice of material (Layhco) and thoroughness of design considerations stood head and shoulders above of their competitors, so I placed my first order (Orthos IFAK).
I recieved my parcel promptly and to say opening the box was an experience is an understatement!! Everything Frog.Pro do is premium! The quality of the product jumped up and out of the box, and lit my eyes up!! The material and tailoring is the best I have ever seen! The presentation and design is Gucci, and the personal note from the CEO and the team is the perfect finishing touch!
I have a credible amount of military and operational experience, and have used a lot of top tier kit…..Frog.Pro is the next level by a million miles. You really have to feel the quality first hand, you will never buy anything else once you’ve sampled it!
I was and still remain impressed everytime I receive an order! Their design teams are really pushing the envelope in terms of forward thinking too! They really are the Ferrari of the military equipment world!
Frog.Pro is quickly becoming a buzz word within the British Royal Marines as colleagues of mine have a keen eye and quickly identify the superiority of their equipment and all the subtle design tweaks that help an operator in the field adjust for mission profiles!!
2 years have passed since my original modest purchase, since then I have replaced all my military and personal equipments to Frog.Pro, they are that hoofing!!
Their customer service is phenomenal, and the over all holistic experience is exemplary!
So impressed was I, that I have done a few product reviews on YouTube for those interested.
