So we had a couple of problems at first. We worked out the computer specs and price via email and we had an agreement, that the computer was going to be in our city at Tuesday. When we called at Wednesday they said that they hadn't shipped it yet and that they are going to do it now and it arrived at Friday. Being forgetful of the arrival agreement was a bit annoying, but at least they were able to sort it out quickly when we called them and shipped it as fast as possible. About the computer, the build quality is exceptional, good cable management and they even sent some extra cables for the PSU. I've seen some companies forget to put the RAM sticks in a 1/3 or a 2/4 formation, but they didn't, which was great. On the software side it came with installed GPU drivers, but for some reason the Win10 diagnostics was set to full instead of basic, which was annoying having to change that. Overall pretty great service and the build quality was top notch. I would recommend

First time I ordered my PC it got hit during transport. Not a big issue, sent it back and got shipped a new one without too much hassle. Customer service is very friendly and even answers outside office hours.

I went with 'Build yourself' gaming PC and the product that I got was exactly as it was supposed to be. Perfect condition, cabling was nice and tight, and I got some extra fans for the issue above. The systems behaves nicely and I got it shipped as 'plug and play' and that's exactly how it was. Good price, good service, good quality.

If I were to receive it in the first try and not hit during transit I would have give this 5 stars.

Fast Delivery. True Plug and Play. Had one question that was taken care of during the Christmas Holiday. Excellent service. My son has only lowered his hands to play since he got the machine.

Very happy with froggaming, they are friendly and very helpfull, helped me find the best pc with the best price, also had some problems with my wifi at home and even took extra steps to help me with that! Highly recomend froggaming for all your gaming pc needs!!

I had to wait a bit to receive my PC as they did not receive enough GPUs and could not ship but the wait was totally worth it. The support both on Facebook and Email, was 10/10 throughout the wait. When they got the GPU they shipped my PC the same day and I got it within 12h which was pretty amazing. Keep up the good work guys :)
