Service is poor
I bought two pairs of glasses, the first pair I was given a small spray bottle to clean them. When I bought my second pair for £500 I was told I already had a bottle and if I wanted a second one I would have to pay £5.

Simon at the Chard branch is fantastic, and such a lovely man!, and gets issue sorted, as you would hope
However, Ben it’s not helpful at all, and told me not to go back again with the same issue, even though it was causing me a lot of inflammation in my eye, and pain, and told me to stop putting my my anti histamine drops in, so I ended up having to to back again to see Simon, who would of been my first choice, but unfortunately Ben was the only one in that day
I now refuse to see Ben, as I like to put my eyes in the safe hands of somebody that I am confident will sort my issue out, especially when it involves inflammation!
I was 'fitted in' for an examination in the Crewkerne Branch at very short notice and was very impressed by the expertise and professionalism. THANK YOU!
I was lucky enough to get a cancellation on 2nd September as normal bookings are now out in October for a sight test.
A very thorough eye test and examination, at each stage the test &results were explained using examples so that I could totally understand the health of my eyes.
Ordered new lenses in my frames, which they were very happy and able to do. All three pairs arrived within three weeks. Fitting was great, I just walked in and they were fitted without any delay.
All the glasses fit and are crystal clear.
Very happy with service, would highly recommend.
Yes I have been going to Friths opticians in bridport for years. They have a lovely staff team who are very committed to giving me good service. If ever I have any problems they are prompt there is never any difficulty for me to go in and talk to staff. They are very helpful and professional.
I would especially like to mention Beverley, who helps me pick my frames and fits my glasses. She makes a difficult decision much easier.
Also, Shirley the receptionist is very welcoming and remembers everyone’s name. She is amazing with more senior customers, giving them the time they need, and explaining everything slowly and clearly.
1st Class service from Friths Opticians Bridport.
My eyes are somewhat complex having had six eye operations over the years and I need regular checks which is why I chose Friths and I have not been disappointed !
Excellent care and attention from all involved.

Simply, the Best. Went to buy a pair of specs. Absolutely vfm, and service so unreal, ie excellent. A Lady, Nadine Robertson, sorted my requirements out, absolutely 1st class. Highly recommend to all, here in Weymouth.
