I recently purchased a gun from Frisco and process was as smooth as silk with great communication. FedEx was having some sort of tracking issue on their site, so I reached out to Frisca during after hours and I go a lightening fast reply. Not that I really needed to but it was nice to know they pride themselves on quick resolve. I would definitely buy from them again.

Made it right

Initially received an already opened package that appeared to be a return that qas mistakenly sent out as new. I immediately contacted the owner who worked fast to make this right and got me a replacement HWS shipped out. Great customer service and will definitely be a returning customer.

I shop online for the best deals on the products I have targeted as a consumer. One area you are never certain of is the customer service you may need at some point in time, before and after the purchase. Frisco Guns gets a five star review for product prices and I couldn’t be more pleased with the attention my after purchase requests were received with by the company.

GREAT and I mean GREAT communication!! I bought my Derya DY9 Island through them and will continue to send people to frisco guns. Any of my future purchases will definitely be coming back to frisco. I will admit the cash app pay made me feel a little sketch at first. But they delivered on promises and the gun arrived very quickly. They respond quickly to emails and don’t play games with you I truly appreciate it. If you have any doubt just look at the other reviews these are great people. Called the business for an inquiry and they insisted on text instead. I asked them to verify if the specific S&W revolver I was about to order was a no-lock version and they sent me a copy-pasted AI slop answer on the model in general that turned out to be completely false.

Be wary of any information you receive from them, if you intend on still doing business here.

First, I ordered ammo here because lowest rate.
Second, I liked here because they were pretty friendly as I received surprising thank you email.
Third, I may come back for refills.
