Worst experience dealing with a law firm
I was recommended this firm by a friend. Very disappointed is an understatement. After I submitted the relevant paperwork requested i heard back within days to request a deposit payment which I transferred the same day. That was in early summer, since then I have sent numerous emails and made countless phone calls with no satisfactory explanation. Finally when I recently got a call from a solicitor at the firm(not mine because apparently he was on holiday again, this time for 2 weeks even though the receptionist only 2 days earlier said he had just walked in and would call me later) who said that they weren’t sure if they could help me and possibly some of the copies I had sent them weren’t clear, this after several months of me waiting. Also after the original solicitor(a senior member of the firm) had gone through with me in detail how they could help me. Worst experience I have had in my personal and business life so far.

Very slow in obtaining probate
Very slow in obtaining probate. Made lots of mistakes in filling out the forms which we had to correct but then got charged for the process of correcting the mistake. Nearly 1 month after paying out bill having been granted probate, we are still waiting for the documents.
