Incredible support as new Trii lens holder replacement has immediately been sent in 2023, after having contact with support that the version i had ordered in 2019 did not work anymore. This absolutely great support and very much appreciated. The product itself is great to use. But this kind of customer friendliness is hard to find! :)

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong FriLens (Nikon F instead of Z).
FRII was very generous and super fast, immediately sent me the right Z type.
If more brands would run their business like this the world would be a better place 😃

Love the Morf Strap for my IOS and what it can do. Oh and the style of it is super cool, too! Everyone with a with a IOS should have one these. Lastly Frii Designs super helpful in correspondence emails.

Had an issue with the Tri-lens belt holster where the keyring pull would often ping out. Working as a festival photographer meant losing this and having an insecure holster. Contacted Frii and not only did they redesign the pin for me from my feedback but sent the replacement free of charge. It's nice to see a company actually being proactive and listening to their customers. Now I want them to make a durable belt to go along with the holster!!

There was no update on package on my email but after reaching out to customer service I was able to get that sorted out in less than a day. Great customer service. Back to 5 stars.

The FriiDesigns team has embarked on a great adventure of creating solutions for photographers. Whenever I encountered a problem, the customer service always found a solution !

I know the problem of the security of the TriLens which breaks. Luckily, I hadn't mounted anything on it. I was able to contact the company and they immediately offered to sending me the new security version for free !

The exchanges have always been fluid and fast ! I can only recommend to my photographer friends to buy from Frii Designs !

Been using my TriLens for 20+ weddings and this thing is a tank! Superb build quality and a real life saver since I love shooting with primes and used to spend a TON of time switching lenses.

I received the item. Frii Designs was not at fault; while it did take a little longer, the item had already been delivered when I submitted this review. My fault entirely.

I've been waiting for three weeks now with no response. Paid with a debit card, amount deducted, but no delivery. Emailed support two weeks ago to ask, but no reply.

I really appreciate the time and effort you put into this project and product, providing us photographers, with the best toy a prime lens user could ever have and not only, as it can handle also heavy zooms. I have been watching you since you first started you Kickstarter campaign until you won and went to mass production and shipping. From my experience trilens makes my life easier when using it at an event as I use only 3 primes 20-1.8 50-1.4 85-1.4. Slick design, well built with carefulness to all details, sturdy. Would love to see a development of the product with a cross shoulder strap, if possible. And at last guys, your shipping blew me away, 1 day shipping via DHL, SWE to ROU, Cheers to them and to you for the promptness. With all my heart to you guys, from Romania, good job, very well done, thank you, and as I like to wish to my fellow photographers, Good light to you guys!
