I placed my order in August and still haven’t received all of it. Oliver at customer services keeps promising to sort it out but takes no action despite several emails and a phone call. I received about 70% of the goods and no refund for thevrest of it - do the maths!
I ordered a pair o yellow laces on 17/10/19 and still didnt receive them 24/10/19.
No customer service , i tried to call many times and no answer. I sent an email and it still didnt get an reply. Very dissapointed.
