Never received an order.
I ordered bathroom cabinet and was waiting for delivery as it said 2-3 days.
After multiple follow ups I got to know the item is not in stock and being checked with manufacturer. After few more follow ups I was just refunded. Utterly unhappy!

Serious people, i ordered a clock mirror in July and received it by courier in such a damaged state, no fault of the courier, the clock was inadequately protected , this is where it got bad ! these people would not respond to my request to return the goods and receive a refund .

i had to open a paypal dispute in order to get these people to act , which they finally did, organising their own courier to collect the damaged goods for return.

They have received the goods back in August which i had to confirm with their courier, and to date, i am still trying to resolve my refund of £149.99 with paypal , and may have to take this matter via the small claims court to get my money back.

note folks , the courier people didn't take to kind to the fact that these people are trying to claim postal damages while refusing to refund me , enough said

update its 16/10 paypal have requested the seller to refund , we shall see ?

Superb service from very caring staff. Nothing is too much for them - particularly with after-sales. Excellent! You don't normally get service like this so it is a real pleasure!

Great service ... excellent products.

The staff in the shop were super helpful, answered questions when required but otherwise left us to browse on our own... this makes a nice change compared to high street stores!!

Deliver was quick, and exactly as described. The helpful delivery people brought our new units into the house and waited while we unpacked and checked them over.

We have bought 5 pieces from this store now, and would highly recommend going for a look if you are in the market for lovely furniture

Great product and quick. That's where it ends. Apparently I had the choice of a 2 man delivery for an extra £20. This would place the item (85kg) into a room of my choice. I had not realised this, but would have declined anyway. However, the item was so heavy and awkward that the single crew delivery driver insisted that I help him lift off and carry to the door. Completely unacceptable that drivers are not equipped to deliver items, even if it is only 30 metres to the door. This has to be the responsibility of Freitaslaf as it is they who arrange delivery. Their courier should never expect for that sort of help from a customer.
