I switched to a different web host because freeyellow jacked up their prices--easily 3-4 times more than other companies. When I cancelled my account they immediately deleted my website files so they are gone forever. I have to now start from scratch and build a whole new site! I was a customer for a decade and paid their outrageously high fees. This is no way to treat a loyal customer.
