I didn't have any problems with FreestyleExtreme and I love how they treat their customers. Contact is simple and pleasent, orders are tracked, send on time. I had to replace my order once and it was quick and easy.
Only two things bothers me:
1) Shipment is not cheap but what you gonna do...
2) They don't put any info about the products which really sucks. They are selling high quality stuff but without any additional info it's hard to make the decision. What's more some products are very hard to locate in internet to check the details.

Całkowicie zgadzamy się z twoją konstruktywną krytyką, i pracujemy ciężko nad tym aby każdy produkt miał więcej informacji i pomocy z rozmiarami. W każdym wypadku jeśli nie ma tej informacji jeszcze na naszej stronie, możesz napisać nam maila a chętnie pomożemy.
Jeśli chodzi o koszty przesyłki, są one darmowe powyżej kwoty 349,00zł , mamy również możliwość ekspresowej przesyłki za dopłatą.

Disappointed
I've been a loyal customer and regularly ordering from you website. You can track my records in the last few months spent significant amount of money.
It’s first time that I’m deeply disappointed - I've received Kurtka Fox, Bionic Activate - Niebieski. It's such an expensive product 259,00 zł.
Jacket arrived absolutely dirty on the back - I was hoping I can wash it and remove the stains, however the stains remain, and now sadly I cannot return the product now it has been washed and there is no labels.
I cannot express how deeply disappointed I’m and I will not be ordering again! It’s a real shame!

Nie rozumiemy dlaczego nie skontaktowalas sie z nami przed wystawieniem tej opinii, poniewaz nasza polityka zwrotow jest bardzo przyjazna klientom i staramy sie kazdorazowo zastapic wadliwy produkt lub zwracamy pieniadze. Mozesz przeczytac o naszej polityce zwrotow na stronie internetowej.
Jeśli produkt został uszkodzony w trakcie transportu, namierzymy w którym momencie do tego doszło; jeśli jest to wada fabryczna - skontaktujemy się z producentem. Jakkolwiek, postaramy się rozwiązać problem tak szybko jak to tylko możliwe.
Bardzo bym prosiła o zrobienie zdjęcia produktu w uszkodzonym miejscu. Natychmiast po rozwiązaniu problemu bezpłatnie prześlemy Ci zamiennik. Dostaniesz niewielki podarunek w ramach rekompensaty za napotkane niedogodności.
