Rubbish customer support

The products were okay, but the customers service was absolute rubbish. Some rude kid trying to be funny which didn't really resolve any of my issues. Long delivery time. Next time I buy my stuff somewhere else.

Thank you for your feedback.

I've had a good look at your order and I can see that one of the items you purchased had a back order delay of 3 days, which means that we don't stock the item locally and therefore have to order it in from another warehouse first.
This information is shown below the item and also during/after the checkout process,we do try our best to inform customers about this delay, both before and after the order has been placed.

The Express delivery you paid for was spot on, as the parcel was delivered within the estimated delivery time frame promised during the checkout.

In regards to the communication you had with one of our customer care representatives, I have to say that there is much room for improvement on our end, simply stating that the item is delayed due to the above reason is not enough, as we could and should have offered you a part send on you order for another postage fee, which was sadly not done. I can only apologise for this mistake and we'll make sure that this gets reviewed accordingly to prevent such scenarios from happening again in the future.

Our customer care team is here to help you and not here to defend anything, so please accept this apology as we'd be grateful to do better next time.
