If they had negative 5 Stars that's what I would give... first of all total scam, I played 3 different games in which each games I got where you would go into the bonus round and all of a sudden a message would appear stating "your last game was interrupted you can finish now" but never allowed me to go into the bonus rounds, this happened on the three different games which I found to be sooo weird. I contacted customer service supposedly they were going to get it fixed and I'm assuming "fixed" to where I'm able to get into my bonus rounds but checking this morning they completely wiped everything out!!! LUCKILY I took screenshot!!! I'm staying away from this scam of a game!!!

I'd recommend to all of my friends. Fair gaming site I have no complaints at all.

Try to keep this short and sweet as possible, wish I could post the screen shots of my last chat with team supervisor. Will update and include youtube link with the screenshots included as well as a more indepth review on one of the worst customer service experiences ever

Went to test out and see if was decent, reputable and worth spending money. Always test before large deposit. At first couldnt find any games I usually play, enjoy and know well, which help me compare & get a good feel almost immediately how casino might operate. In search found a top option, 3oaks games, but could play cause of error and connection message. Let CS know with no answer or idea why. I went tried a couple others I play, different platforms, and they wouldnt work either, so check a bunch to see issues. ONLY ONE I COULD PLAY WAS THERE OWN DICELAB PLATFORM GAMES,INTERESTING!!

However after doing a search, I found Voltage Blitz Rapid, another game I play often, which worked, game play was decent, return rate was ok and it worked fine no glitches or lags. So, after playing for 15 mins, bought $10 welcome pack stay logged in and connected with intention of continuing to play same slot games Voltage. This where gets so shady, when I went back to lobby & search for game, same way located it before, it wasnt coming up only 1 game, a DIcelabs game. I tried to search it by all 3 word, which got me other games in search, all Dicelabs, but no Voltage. I went to history to see if showed i played and sure enough it shows all spins. Then went to try and find under categories, searching for a while cause they make it hard to find anything else but Dicelabs. After a while search entire site, couldnt find it literally disappeared.

So, I went back to CS to let then know this new issues, still no response or clue why others were giving me error message, which i received no response with chat being disconnected by them. I waited played a Dicelab game with absolutely luck, which i suspected and was worried about cause all these issues, respsonse from CS, along with layout of site and fact its so hard to actually find other games besides Dicelabs, which arent and actually accessible to play.

Eventually went back to chat to see what was going on trying to be patient. Finally after 4th attempt, team supervisor Nina responded, hahaha,it was special and let me know all it need to know. Her answer was to go the EXCLUDES GAMES category, to see if they work. Obviously all Dicelabs games their platform games, which i did to humor her cause I knew the worked. This was my worry, because this was basically all did or said, point me to those slots and to enjoy. She also kept saying all the other games should work,until she slipped up and said we'll some platforms on our site restrict players with no reason why they do, or asking me a single question to find out if I meet any of those restrictions.

She had absolutely no answer for how a slot game could disappeared, Voltage, especially since i informed her clear cache and did all proper checks on my cell. I know how search functions work, not possible in 3 mins based upon staying logged in & connected form game to disappeared from search and site, without someone doing something, especially when all the other games beside one i was playing were still coming up.

I've never done review, cause never seen this type of insanity and shady which Im about to explain got crazier. I did play exclusive Dicelabs slots again between chat 3 and last chat to see if my assumption was correct, or maybe they will boost my chances on win for inconvenience. Over 100 spins, multiple games, $10 and my assumption was correct, A TOTAL CASH RETURN BACK NOT PROFIT WHAT I RECEIVED BACK FROM ALL THOSE SPINS $.02.. Lol, chance Dicelabs slots use random # gen, in my opinion 0%

Finally part, at end of my hour long chat with TeaM Super Nina, I simply asked for my $ back, 3 hours of patients and nonsense had run its course so asked for my $10 to be refunded and will be on my way. Her response, classic, requesting a refund will violate our player agreement & rules, and your account will be banned. Hilarious, she is threatening me after I spent 3 hour trying to be a paying quality Customer who deposits alot every year playing. Then she said my refund request of $10 whole dollars had to be sent to the appropriate person for review and to be signed off.. Again Hilarious, isnt she the Team Supervisor??? She cant authorized a $10 refund! Well I was done will update with link

I love the games. But, the free SC coins are not often and very small amounts. Great customer service experiences.

*Updated review* Still have not received my money, will not return to this platform because of this. So many faster payout options on other sites. Waiting on an $800 redemption. Will update star rating if I receive my money soon. Platform is fun but I’m tired of playing on sites that don’t offer instant payouts.

Well the welcome offer was inciting but it is definitely difficult to get a decent win but I will say that the customer service is top notch

It’s a legit casino, customer service team is on point but the redemption process takes entirely way too long and it’s because of that reason alone that I’m giving it a 2 star review having to wait a week or longer for your winnings to hit your bank account is really frustrating especially when other sites are instant or same day payouts at least, fix that issue and it would be a top notch gaming site

Its a great site with a huge selection of games and the customer service is the best around.

They hold up the verification process if you actually “win” anything. It’s a scam walk away from this one!
